About Behind It All

Behind It All provides modern, design-forward event rental structures- the pieces working behind it all to elevate your event. From custom backdrops, arches, and merch walls to unique custom-built pieces, our rentals create the foundation that brings a space together.

Our inventory is designed to stand clean on its own or to be styled to match your vision, making it versatile for weddings, birthdays, baby showers, corporate events, and brand activations. Each piece is carefully constructed for quality, durability, and professional presentation, ensuring your event looks polished from every angle.

Why We Exist
Traditional event rentals are often generic and impersonal. Behind It All was created to provide thoughtfully designed structures that elevate every celebration. By focusing exclusively on rental hardware, we give clients and planners the freedom to style events their way, or partner with our sister company, The Emory Collection, for full-service event design.

Design-Forward Philosophy
Every rental piece combines clean lines, neutral finishes, and high-quality construction. Designed to adapt to any theme or aesthetic, our structures provide a versatile foundation that lets your décor, florals, and details shine.

Custom & Premium Builds
Our collection includes both standard pieces in crisp white and customizable builds, offering painted finishes, unique dimensions, and specialized designs upon request. All items are crafted for repeat use, safety, and professional installations.

Rentals, Clearly Defined
Behind It All provides the hardware- The Emory Collection provides the styling. This separation allows each brand to specialize, ensuring smooth execution, quality results, and a clear understanding of services. Clients can style our pieces themselves or collaborate with The Emory Collection for full event décor.
