How It Works

A simple, seamless rental experience from start to finish.

Our Rental Process

  • Explore our collection of modern backdrops, arches, merch walls, and custom-built pieces.
    All items are available in standard white and designed to work beautifully across a wide range of event styles.

    Each rental page includes dimensions, usage details, and available customization options.

  • Select the pieces you’d like to rent and add them to your quote.
    You can choose multiple items and submit them together for a single event.

    At this stage, pricing is estimated based on rental type and scope. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your event details.

  • Once your quote is submitted, you’ll be prompted to provide key event information, including:

    • Event date & type

    • Event location & venue

    • Setup window & teardown time

    • Custom color requests (if any)

    This allows us to confirm availability, logistics, and customization requirements before finalizing your booking.

  • After reviewing your request, we’ll send:

    • A finalized rental quote

    • Delivery & setup pricing

    • An invoice and rental agreement

    Your date is secured once the contract is signed and the required deposit is received.

  • On the day of your event, our team handles delivery, professional setup, and post-event pickup.

    All pieces are installed to ensure stability, safety, and a clean presentation.
    Teardown and removal are included unless otherwise noted.

IMPORTANT DETAILS

& POLICIES

    • Standard rentals should be booked at least 7 days in advance

    • Large events or multiple custom pieces may require additional lead time

    • Last-minute requests are subject to availability and rush fees

    • All rental pieces are standard white

    • Custom colors and finishes are available upon request

    • Custom paint requires a 7-14 day lead time for preparation and curing

    • Additional fees apply based on color and scope

    • Custom-painted pieces remain the property of Behind It All

    • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date

    • The remaining balance is due prior to delivery

    • Deposits cover reservation, preparation, and labor

    • Clients are responsible for all rented items from setup through pickup

    • Normal wear is expected; damage, excessive wear, or loss may result in additional fees

    • Items must not be modified, painted, or altered by the client unless approved in writing

    • Outdoor setups are weather-dependent

    • Installations may be adjusted or canceled due to unsafe conditions (wind, rain, extreme temperatures)

    • No refunds are issued for weather-related adjustments once delivery has occurred
